Adapted is built for runners, lifters, court-sport athletes, field-sport athletes, tactical and rucking athletes, hybrid athletes, and anyone who wants a structured way to do prehab outside of a clinic. The app builds programs based on an athlete's sport, injury history, target body regions, training goals, available equipment, and feedback over time. Sessions include mobility, strength, stability, balance, plyometric, recovery, and sport-relevant prehab exercises. Adapted is especially focused on recurring issues such as ankle sprains, shin splints, knee pain, shoulder pain, hip mobility limitations, low back tightness, and return-to-training after minor setbacks. Adapted is not a replacement for physical therapy, medical diagnosis, or emergency care.
