  • Account Information: Name, email address (via Apple or Google Sign-In)
  • Profile Information: Age, gender, sport, training goals
  • Health Information: Injury history, body regions of concern, mobility assessments, pain reports
  • Session Data: Exercise completion, feedback, skipped exercises, region check-ins
  • Chat Messages: Conversations with our AI concierge and chat features

Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: App interactions, features used, session timestamps
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version
  • Analytics Data: App performance metrics, crash reports (via PostHog)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the Service: Generate personalized prehab programs, adapt workouts based on feedback

PostHog (Analytics)

Data Retention

  • Active Accounts: We retain your data indefinitely while your account is active
  • Deleted Accounts: After you delete your account, we retain your data for 30 days (recovery period), then permanently delete it

  • Backups: System backups containing your data are retained for 90 days for disaster recovery
