What is prehab?+

Do I need this if I'm not injured?+

That's exactly when prehab works best. Instead of reacting to pain, you're building resilience in the areas most at risk for your sport.

What sports does Adapted support?+

Adapted works for any sport. We have programs for runners, climbers, lifters, Hyrox athletes, cyclists, swimmers, military and tactical athletes, and more. Your program is built around the movement demands and common injury patterns of your specific sport.

How does it know what I need?+

You tell us about your sport, training load, injury history, and problem areas. From there, Adapted builds a program targeting your specific weaknesses. After each session, your feedback shapes what comes next - exercises progress, regress, or shift focus based on how your body responds.

How long are the sessions?+

Most sessions are 10-15 minutes. They're designed to fit before or after your main training without feeling like a second workout.

Do I need any equipment for Adapted?+

Most movements and exercises in Adapted require no equipment. You can also filter based on the equipment you have or do not have. Adapted includes bodyweight exercises plus options using dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, and a bench.

Is this a replacement for physical therapy?+

No. If you're dealing with an active injury, see a professional. Adapted is for athletes who want to stay ahead of injuries. Think of it as the work your PT would eventually tell you to keep doing on your own.
